Your First Visit 

When you walk in, one of our team members will cheerfully greet you and help you with the check-in process. Once everything’s in order, you’ll be taken back to a treatment room so that we can ask you a few basic questions about your oral health history and any problems you’ve noticed in your mouth recently. We’ll make recommendations for follow-up appointments based on our findings after a thorough examination, and we’ll make sure you have all the information you need to make a well-informed decision moving forward.

You’ll need to complete a few forms before your first appointment to begin. The information on these forms will help inform us about your oral health history and the current state of your mouth so that we know what kind of questions we should be asking once your appointment begins.
